Standing on toes is a part of a famous Michael Jackson’s dancing move called Moonwalker. This move assumes that the dancer has to move backward in short motions while standing on his toes. An important part of this dance is to put your arm on a head as if trying to hold your hat so that it doesn’t fall off.

This embroidery design depicts Michael Jackson performing the abovementioned move. The image is well balanced in term of color – the dark filling stitching elements are framed with white outlines. Michael’s hair was digitized using, multiple curved stitches.
