An emblem of the Great Khans, that is the most well-known and dangerous gang in the post-apocalyptic world of Fallout video games. It depicts a skull of a Mongol warrior. Some of the black tatami elements that represent paint stains and streaks were added to increase the authenticity of the embroidery design.
