Celtic knots were mostly pictured on church monuments and manuscripts. The remarkable examples of this application of Celtic knots can be found in the Book of Kells, the Lichfield Gospel and the Gospel of Lindisfarne. Since the times of these artifacts, the influence of this style spread to different countries and cultures of the world.

This embroidery design is our free interpretation of this unique artistic style. The technical aspects of this embroidery assume that it has to be used for the production of patches.
